Description

Sea Septet 2022 was commissioned by the Brass Septet Cono for their project honoring the wonderful National Parks of Finland. My choice was the Gulf of Finland National Park.

In my music there are echoes of changing weather conditions as well as times of sea battles and sailor songs.

With new pieces of music we want to preserve and keep alive the traditional Finnish brass septet as an ensemble.
