Atso Almila
Besides being a composer, Atso Almila is highly active as a musician and a conductor, which is reflected in the practically oriented approach of his mostly Neo-Classical music. He has composed a lot for the stage, including operas which could be described as folk operas. Brass instruments occupy a central role in his output.
