Description

useApplet="False"

The score calls for eleven euphonium players of which one is a soloist and the remaining ten form an ensemble ”a 5” doubling each part.

Lampi is a Finnish word for a pond or a small lake. The term gives the impression of eternal serenity but in real life that wet ground is alive swarming with different creatures...

The work was commissioned by Mr. Jukka Myllys with the funds provided by Finnish Trombone and Tuba Association (SuPaTuS).
