Description

As in a rondo, the themes and
fragments of the nonet 'Saturations' recur. The constant circling around in
search of the spine - the one chord, the one theme - causes the music to
collapse numerously upon itself. Each time the music tries to get back on its
feet again, each time with a bigger danger of saturating itself with the same
material. If you notice something silly, it's probably on it's way to
exhausting itself, so you are invited to take the most of it in the short while
this piece lasts. "Circulez, circulez!"
