Description

Portrait derives its origins from my days still as a student. It is a portrait of a composer as a thirty year old man at a starting post of his career. It is also a portrait of the violin as an instrument, which I wanted to put up into a thoroughgoing musical fluoroscopy. From the view of the present day, Portrait seems to manifest itself as a short story with some poetical dimensions, as well as a clear-cut reference to what was to come later...
