Mysterium

Description
Mysterium is a composition with a strong modal flavor, being partially based on a chord suggestive of the title, which also functions as the main "text" for the work. It is not until towards the end of the composition that the sentence "L'ombre de la Seine" (The shadow of the Seine) appears. The sound of the flute reverberating from the grand piano is the point of departure for Mysterium.
