Description

Les heures / Kaksin was written for Meren vuoksi (Tampere Biennale 2026, other composers Tiina Myllärinen, Lotta Wennäkoski).

The text, both in Finnish and in French, combines Eeva-Liisa Manner's original poem "Sillä vaikka olemme kaksin" (from the collection Kuolleet vedet, 1978) with Aleksi Barrière's new translation (Paris 2024).
