At the beginning of the piece, the household members are fast asleep. Then, the alarm clock rings and the morning rush (kiire in Finnish) starts: Where is my other sock? My toast is burning! Is there any more coffee left? Keys and shoes are missing, and the bus is coming! I'm gonna be so late! TR, 2023
