Description

The rhythms, musical gestures, form and atmosphere of this piece are inspired by the strong Finnish tango tradition. However, the piece is not any pop music, since the harmonies and melodies of the work are strictly non-tonal.

Tämä kappale liittyy rytmiikkansa, eleidensä, tunnelmansa ja muotonsa osalta suomalaisen tangomusiikin verevään perinteeseen. Tavanomaisesta viihdemusiikista ei kuitenkaan ole kyse, sillä intervallimaailmaltaan teos on täysin ei-tonaalinen.
