Description
Dwell or 'How All Birds Have Flown to Panama' is a cycle of four precarious songs for soprano and guitar. In it all birds have begun nesting save me and you. What are we waiting for? The songs - 'Quid', 'Hebban olla vogala', 'nach' and 'Panama' - are interwoven with Boësset's and Dowland's lute songs, hand-picked from the vast repertoire of accompanied voice.
Dwell (viivy, jää) eli ”Kuinka kaikki linnut ovat lentäneet Panamaan” on neljän uhanalaisen laulun sarja sopraanolle ja kitaralle. Siinä kaikki muut linnut ovat aloittaneet pesänteon paitsi sinä ja minä. Mitä me vielä odotamme? Laulut – ”Quid”, ”Hebban olla vogala”, ”nach” ja ”Panama” – punoutuvat yhteen säestetyn laulun laajasta ohjelmistosta poimittujen Boësset´n ja Dowlandin luuttulaulujen kanssa.
