<p>Harri Wessman is particularly interested in the ability of music to express emotions. “A composition is above all a spiritual message to another human being”, he says.</p> <p>His output is dominated by chamber and vocal music as well as a number of concertos for various instruments. Pedagogic music is a central area in his output, his aim being to eventually produce repertoire for all instruments at all grade levels of Finnish music institutes. </p>
