<p>Magnus Lindberg is one of Finland’s internationally most celebrated contemporary composers, regularly performed by the world’s leading musical institutions. He has progressed from his early Modernism towards a more human idiom, where melody has grown in importance.</p> <p>Lindberg is a fearless master of the orchestra, a technology buff (who experimented with computers at a early stage) and a practical musician. He got the Finnish Teosto prize 2009 with his Graffiti for chamber choir and orchestra.</p>
