Description
<p>Sebastian Fagerlund is one of the most internationally successful composers of his generation and has for example been Composer in Residence at the Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. His output includes many big works for orchestra and he has also composed large-scale operas. </p><p>His music has been described as having a highly virtuosic instrumental feel and strong sense of musicianship. In 2011 he received the Finnish Teosto prize with his Ignite for symphony orchestra.</p>
