Description

Derived from Nuorvala's Clarinet Concerto, the Concertino is a fast-paced, action-packed 7-minute rollercoaster for clarinet (in A, or Basset Clarinet) and soundtrack. The Concertino starts with enigmatic pulses, builds up to a full-scale electronic dance music pump-and-grind in a dance club, and fades back to the pulses at the end.

Amplification and effects unit (delays, reverb) needed for the soloist. CD or computer and amplified playback equiment with a subwoofer for the soundtrack required.
